some street problem me and my friend was fighting each other that time he injured so he put the case against me . now he want to withdraw the complaint but our lawyer was told us to it was punishable one so please help us to withdraw the complaint

A.Hello Client,
If you want to withdraw the compliant and the final decree has not been passed then you an do so by giving sufficient evidence to satisfy the magistrate.

A.Dear Sir,
You may ask the Police to record further statement of the Complainant and to close the case otherwise you have to go to the High Court and get it compromised or quashed.
