Fraud n blackmail on name of marriage

Sir I hv a frnd when I started my college . with time he came close n one day he take me to his home there i meet his family at that time,then after sometime he forces me to his brother marriage.as a frnd I go there then his family allow us to stay in same room ,I m trapped n get physical relation with that boy ,then again n again he and his family start scaring me as his father n brother is in police. Then in June 2014 he forces me go for a trip to Manali ,he take some photos with me at Manali .n scared me to post these photos to social media.in July 2014 he brought me to someone office n go for court marriage ( jawan film society) all the 4witnesses are his frnd ,I was so scared I hv done as he said. But he took this marriage so confidential that even he don't tell it to my family n after that he never take me to his home. I was in job from 2014-2016 in Hisar n lives in hostel n with him at his room on weekends ,he take my ATM n my credit card,I left my job in 2017 then also he demanded me 150000 rs ,in Oct 2017 I came back to my home n join govt job. When I came from Hisar I ask him for divorce but he said he don't hv any proof (marriage certificate)he told he destroyed it .I m not sure even about marriage date n I was so scared even I can't tell it to my family .at home one of my colleague send marriage proposal to my home ,my family like that an they go for my engagement .when my fiance get to know about that he called him n even at that time he can't accept it as a marriage he said she is my gf .my fiance ask him ki ya to tum marriage kr lo ya muje krne do kyu kisi ladki ki life khrab krni but that man said ki na m kruga na tumhe krne Dunga aur m isse prostitute bana Dunga that's d same wording of that man .he even said he will kill both of us ,uske baad kisi tareeke se humne vo marriage certificate nikalwaya n meri family ne samaj ke darr se mutual divorce ka case daal diya ,but he said m divorce nhi Dunga 5-6 saal latka Dunga ,n usne mere naam se Facebook or kafi sari fake I'd bana di h jispr vo bhut hi ashleel pics post kr Raha h .I hv filed court case on 21may abi 20 Nov uski 2nd hearing h ,what should I do , he is totally money oriented even m Jan 2017se usse alag rah rahi hu fir bi usne sept 2017 me mere credit card se 1,40000 negative balance kr diya jaha m job krti hu vaha ja kr sabko ye bol diya ki meri gf thi itne saal mere sath aise rahi ab yaha aise rah rahi h she is characterless .mera to jeena muskil ho gya h job krne jati hu sab aise dekhte h ,upar se day me 3-4baar credit card vale presan krte h fir ye tension ,yaha tak ki mene apni Facebook I'd tak deactivate kr di just bcoz of this m 2baar suicide try kr chuki hu . Mene ghar aane se pehle usse divorce ke liye bola tha Lekin usne 25,00,000 rs mange to sign that paper , aur usne muje even koi proof tak nahi diya ki m kisi Ko bi bata pau ,he said tumhari life mere hath me h tum Kahi nahi ja Sakti .he threatened me that he has video n he will share it on you tube. Please please help me n guide me ,he just wanted to spoil my life.
