A fir is registered against mein under 498 A against which bail is granted by court because no material evidence is presented by the petiotiner. Now police sent me a notice under 41 (a) for investigation. Kindly advice how to reply this notice and number of notices that should be issued until it becomes mandatory for me to present myself in the investigation?

A.Dear Sir,
Only one notice is sufficient. U must deny all the allegations made in the complaint and put forth your defense and take some witnesses to support your case.
