Agreement on white paper Agreement on white paper

We are 8 siblings, 6 brothers and 2 sisters. We have 2 properties, these are my father's own earned. 6 brothers signed on a white paper mentioning some divisions in the property. Is that a valid agreement legally? considering 2 sisters are not signed, no witness, and on just a white paper with some writeup

A.Hello Client,
There will be no legal standing of this paper. Kindly approach an advocate to better deal with this case. A division in the property needs witnesses and an executor.

Thank you so much,
My brothers managed local panchayat EO and transferred some portion of the property to their name. Does that transfer valid? Is there any option to vacate my brothers from that property?

A.Dear Sir,
It is not a fully valid document, but it has only 10 to 20% weightage in the eye of law. The aggrieved siblings may approach the civil court.
