Isa breach Isa breach

So I have been undergoing training with a institute for software developer under the isa agreement for past 6months as per the agreement i have to pay them some percentage after I get placed but because of their financial instability or inability to get recruitment they now claim that I have breached the isa agreement as I have done plagiarism during a assignment and are asking me to pay the money or they would file a suit through court what's your take on this?

A.Dear Sir,
You need not pay anything to them. Just ask them to go to any Court which they cannot. First get issue a legal notice putting your defence.
