I ordered baisacrafts lehnga on 10th Jan and expected delivery was of 17th. i constantly was asking the agents about the product as I had to give this gift to my cousin for her marriage. Even on 20th the order came late to my place. And I was not there so agen kept the parcel and went. I did not even have the option to deny the delivery. Then I called the agents of nyka who were very rude, name of one agent is Dhruv Dutta, and I don’t know the name of other girl. I was constantly asking them to make me talk to a senior where they clearly denied plus, if order would have come on time I would have kept it. But it was mot my fauly. I was trying to reach to brand as well but there was no response. I got mentally harassed by people because of the brand, I have not even touched the product. Its intacted with the label and it is same condition.
It was not my fault at all, it was brand or nyka fashion’s fault

A.Dear Madam,
You may issue a legal notice threatening to approach Police and consumer forum claiming huge compensation.
