Sir I got a offer from a company.because of location.it is very far away,i am not able to join.but in offer letter there is No Show clause indicating if I fail to report on date I have to pay one month salary.so please tell me how handle the situation.what if i not report on date.

A.Dear Sir,
You are not suppose to pay one month salary and it may be a fraud company. Please enquire and threaten to approach police people.
