Respected:sir; Mere husband ka bank account me mera name bhi joint me hai ,mere husband ne vyaj par paise lie hai meri jankari k bahar usne vyaj valo ko joint account vala cheques diye hai ,joki cheques me meri sign nahi hai akle mere husband ki hi sign hai to meri isme jimmedari kitni banti hai

A.आपकी जिम्मदारी आपके पती के बराबर बनती है। जो लोन और उसका ब्याज अदा करने की आपकी पतिकी जिम्मेदारी है उतनी आप भी जिम्मेदार है।आप बैंक वालोको कानूनी नोटिस भेजकर ये बात बता सकती है कि लोन चुकाने की जिम्मदारि पती की है। कृपया किसी अनुभवी अभिवक्ता से संपर्क करे या विधिकार्य के अनुभवी अभीवक्ता से आप नोटिस भिजवा सकती है।

A.Dear Madam,
Get issue legal notice to them stating that you are not responsible. In the meanwhile ask the bankers not to accept such cheque. Get bank account converted into single account or give instructions not to accept the cheques without you both signatures.

As I understand you have a Joint Account.
The account can be operated with any one signature which means either of you can deposit and withdraw which your husband had done.But both of you are responsible to refund the loan with interest.Hope this is clear.
