I was working in Bengaluru. My permanent residence is in Dewas (Madhya Pradesh). I submitted my all dues clearance forms and got relieving letter and experience letter on my last working day. But it's more than 90 days, my company has not done full and final settlement.
Sinc emy present residence is Dewas in Madhya Pradesh but previous employer (a MNC having office in M.P. as well) has registered office at Bengaluru, Can I file civil case or complaint to labour commissioner at Dewas.
A.Dear Sir,
You can get issue a legal notice from your native place but you cannot file any case there. However, you may take assistance of any Advocate in Bengaluru and get it filed by giving Power of Attorney to any of your friend or relative who is in Bengaluru.
