Flipkart refund has not been credited since 1 month

even after cancelling my order yet they didnt credited my refund when i raised query all of sudden it shows query has been solved everytime when i get call from customer care they tell me towait for so snd so date and its been more than 4 month im suffering please help me

If they are saying that they have paid then tell them to provide detail that on which date they have paid after that you file case against the company.

When you are dealing online you have to face such risks. For so small amount you cannot fight by going to Consumer forum to exercise your rights. Anyway threaten to put bad ranking in the social network against flipkart.
