Money is not returning

I have given money to a man for buying machine. For doing a business. He told me that he is giving me 2% intrest every month. Now heis not returning my money as well as intrest.
What should I do.

A.Hi client,
If you have made an agreement for paying such amount, there must be some clause, included for non payment by the other party.
If no such agreement is being made, then you collect all the evidences of such transaction like the bank statement or receipt and lodge a complain in your local police station. Also send a legal notice well drafted by an advocate.
If this do not work file a money suit.

A.Dear Sir,
If you are in good books with that person then take atleast postdated cheques so that you can file cheque bounce case otherwise approach Police and they may able to get cheques from him.
