I need to get the divorce from my wife

I got married 2 years back. After 1.5 yrs I came to know that before Marriage she was treated for the mental illness. This all things they hidden from us and cheated us. So how I can get the divorce easily. Now I filed a divorce petition but they were settled in Dubai. So if may be they are not attending the hearing is there any chance to get the divorce fast

If you have already filed a divorce case then the same will be tried irrespective of whether the other party is settled. They will be sent the summons and will have to show up for hearings.

A.If they receive the summon of your case and still not attending the case then you may pray for an exparte hearing for getting the decree of divorce otherwise you may have a proper consultation with an advocate for detailed remedy and it's procedure.

A.Hi client,
If you can satisfy the court that even after receiving the summons and being aware of the case, they are not attending the courts. The judge after being satisfied and giving enough chances to the other side can pass an exparte divorce order.
This will also include many legal proceedings like newspaper publication, bailiff appointment etc.
