A.It's upon your own decision whether you will allow such campaigning using your private vehicle or not... If you don't want to allow but the party members force you then you may lodge a complaint against the police station of your local jurisdiction.

Sir i used the party flag, but the motor vehicle inspector said to me the flag not allowed in your car, I reply to him this flag not national flag, this is political party flag(small size) in front of the car,(AAP) please reply to me the political flag using allowed my car? Please free feel contact

If anybody has used your private car without your consent it amounts to an offence. Lodge an FIR immediately.
