Legal doubt regarding my startup (single owner company)

I do e-tailing. Can I use the pics of other manufacturers to sell online. Also, is it ok to not pay gst until I make revenue? (Nil for today as the website is not yet aired/published). Note (the company is registered under msmse act)

Hello Client,
There are certain websites where photos are not copyrighted, you can use only those photos. Regarding the gst, it is not possible.
