Sir I used the political flag in my car, but,
Motor vehicle inspector said this flag not allowed the car, sir please give the advice to me motor vehicle act accordingly I know national flag not allowed in personel car, but other flag using my car any objection, kidly request please veryfy mvd act

Ask the Police people to file a case against you on such exclusive ground. Better you approach the High Court and get a direction against Police department not to obstructing from using political flag on your car.

If you use political flag on your cars it is a punishable offence. Party flags can be used by only the executive members of the party and not by ordinary member.
