I have completed 8 months since joining SK outsourcing pvt ltd. But a few days ago the owner of the company told me that you should not come to work on 19th January, you should resign and put the date 01st January in it. When I asked them the reason, they did not tell me anything. I told them that I will resign but let me give a notice period.
Sir tell me now what should I do.
