Civil or Consumer Proceeding Civil or Consumer Proceeding

While hearing Transfer Petition in Consumer Court which was pending since long before one Fora and was at Admission stage only, Hon. Judge was angry for my inability for not getting it admitted since long. After hearing the Transfer Petition, the ordered was given to issue notices on defendants while giving next hearing date after 20 days. But the Draft copy of the notices got 5 days before the next hearing from the court registrar, still had posted the notices and the copy also sent through email and whatsapp to some defendants. So, some defendants will know about the hearing date late. It has also noticed that one packet returned back unserved as defendant is deceased. Hearing date is on this tuesday. My queries are :
1) What approach and documents to be filed by me to court now?
2) When to file Service Affidavit?
3) What action needed to be taken for deceased defendant and when if I want to include his heir?

A.Dear Client,
Kindly contact an advocate. The documents that need to be filed will be relevant to the case and will be asked for by the court. The service affidavits need to be filed at the time of the initial proceedings. As for your last question, I am unable to understand the same so kindly explain that more.
