For cibil score update

Hy sir / mam .. My loan payment will cleared but in paytm showing the repayment options but in the brach app my payment cleared and their are no ongoing loan.. and my cibil score no be updated. And cibil app showing they suit file against me what will i do.? Please help me out of this mess.

Let them file a suit which will take several years to be disposed off. In the meanwhile u may get in touch with concerned authorities and see that cibil score be updated.
