Iam 2nd yr student ..I recently joined in one particular specialization course in my college but due to my health issues I want to relieve from that course but my college management and hod did not allow me to relieve and they told me that I have to pay the full fees even if iam quit..so according to this I want to know that may i can file a case and also there is any act or law for this case thankyou.

such cases are many. Only remedy available to you is to approach High Court and get a directions to return your originals if they are holding otherwise ask them to go to court to recover arrears of fees.
