In the meantime Can I submit decided case laws for quick resolution of my case... My case is pending over for 1 years..

A.Dear Client,
You can submit an Advance Petition for hearing and during the time of hearing you can file an application for quick disposal.But, make sure you do not jump the process. Process/Procedure is equally important.

Dear Client there is no special formet but draft a simple application.U need not produce citations.It will be allowed.as usual.
