Property in Karnataka. registered notarized we made notarized sale agreement Buyer made 10 lakh cash at the time of agreement with us. advance mentioned in the agreement property value is 3 crores. Further, as per the condition mentioned in the agreement he supposed to complete the registration process with in 8 months from the date of agreement.I am the legal heir and i dont know what happen while signing the agreement my brother said that it is just a agreement for taking amount later i got the information that it was notarized.I font want my fathers property to be sold plz help me in cancelling this notarized agreement

we are not interested to sale the property & we want to cancel this registered notarized agreement. What is the procedure & now our financial get stabilized what is the best way to proceed in my case pls.

A.Dear Clent,
You can issue a legal notice to the person concerned and then file a case if they do not respond. Hope this helps.

A.Dear Sir,
get issue a legal notice and cancel sale agreement. However, if he wish to go to court he has to pay huge court fees and also 10 times of stamp duty since it was unregisetered sale agreement.
