Changing my DOB on my 10th, 12th marksheet and certificates

My DOB is 1999 but in academics, it's going according to 1998, I want to change my 10th and 12th passing certificates and mark sheets DOB to 1999, as it's causing me difficulties in getting a job and further study plans abroad. How can I resolve this and what is the procedure?

You need to file an application for changing the date of birth to the respective boards with proper evidences like birth certificate, EPIC, PAN Card etc to show the correct date of birth. 2. Some Board councils may ask for an affidavit to be sworn in before a first class magistrate, along with other documents.
