Scince the year 2000 a civil suit is running till now and when I started to build a house the status quo order passed against me.

Apply into court for speedy trial and speedy disposal as per your reasonable request. Court considers and try to take matters asap. But overall all depends on your lawyers efforts.

If I want a permanent Verdict in my favour so that in future again my against party do not file case again , What I should do and is it possible to get the verdict like this ?

*Actually it's second time that they filed civil suit against me. For that I want a strong verdict.
