Need refund of paid fees

Hello Sir,

I have paid 25000 RS to one immegration company to prepare my file for Canada. But my family has denied to process file and then I have asked company to refund my Money. It has been two years but they are not refunding.

My other two friends who have paid fees along with me have got refund but this company is refusing to me.

How can I get my money back ? Is there any way as I am coming from middle class family and 25k is matters a lot to me.

A.Dear client kindly issue legal notice through any experienced local lawyer for recovery of your money.if they deny then file criminal case of fraude cheating,breach of trust. also file civil case for recovery of money with interest.kindly go through experienced local lawyer.
