Can a white number plate car be used for rental service given that the lessee will use the car only for private use?
A company is offering customers subscription of car on monthly basis but the car has white number plate and is registered on the rental company name. Is it safe to subscribe that car?

As per Motor Vehicle Act of India A car with White number plate which is registered privately cannot be given for rent. It is not safe to subscribe the Car.
