POA misuse for inventory proceedings

POA given to uncle to run a property dispute court case was misused for inventory proceedings w/o informing what are my options to void the inventory court order and ask to fiel for re-inventory?

1. Challenge the inventory proceedings in the court
2. Initiate a fraud case against your uncle
