How can I settle the personal loan in minimum amount because I am running through financial crisis?
I have taken a loan from Loan Tap Financial Services in march 2021 and didn’t paid single emi because of sudden medical emergencies and financial issues. They tried to reach out to me but most of the time I wasn’t found at home because I was busy in medical emergencies. Now they have issued the warrant against me due to which my career and job is in danger and anything can happen anytime.
Now I am planning to settle the loan by contacting directly to the loan tap financial services. But whatever they demanding, I don’t have that much money to pay them. As per loan provider they are demanding me 2,20000 rupees to settle the loan of 200000.
But I can pay maximum to 20,000 which I may borrow from somewhere.
Need a suggestions on how can I negotiate with them.
Please suggest the best option???

A.Dear Client

What you are asking is next to impossible as they will not settle for such small amount. You are suggested to get in touch with them and negotiate with higher amount

A.Dear Client,
You can submit a notice regarding your financial crisis or insolvency to the Court and hope to get an extension on the loan repayment time.
