Property issue

My father passed away survived by my mother, grandmother (father's mother) and myself.
There's a land which was given to my father by grandfather by settlement deed.
So after father's death we 3, me mother and grandmother has the right to property.
My question is, after grandmother's time, will sibilings of my father have any right to that property will it be me and my mother alone who's entitled for it?

According to Hindu Succession Act After Father death only First class heirs are entitled for his property. the First Class heirs are deceased person's mother, wife and Children. So according to this Your father's siblings can't claim for the property.
