How to challenge a vasiyat

Agr pita ne apni self made property kisi relative ke nam vasiyat kar di.....toh unki ek loti beti us vasiyat ko kese challenge kare.. agr beti ka koi bhai ya ma b jinda na ho. .. .khaskar beti jab shadi shuda ho.????or pita ki property par hi rehti ho...bachi property kese prapt kare,,vasiyat me beti ka koi jikar nhi kiya gya......

A.dear client kindly File a suit for cancellation of such document if your father is dead or ask your father execute cancellation deed.

Write in English so that other non Hindi speaking Advocates from the rest of the country can participate and give you some advice which might be useful to you. .Suppose your Case goes to Supreme Court ultimately you have to speak in ENGLISH ONLY. I am not against Hindi but mera Hindi bahut komjor hai.
