Respected sir{kishan dutt g}agar beti k pass koi cancellation deed na ho vasiyat ko challenge karne k liy toh kya sari property relatives ko mil jaygi.....pita ne vasiyat 2006 me bnai thi .jabki unhi death 2017 me huyi ..beti ko vasiyat ki koi information nhi mili 2017 tak.....toh ab beti kese kya documents kis base par vasiyat challenge kare.unke pass yahi ek proof h k wo unki ek loti beti he....kya koi or rasta nhi...2005 k bad kanoon ne beti ko pita k property par barabar adhikar diya h....toh kya 2006 me banai gyi vasiyat galat nhi mani jaygi...us tim par mera hona ya na hona meter nhi karta tha.me 2005 k bad bane vasiyat k rules ko janna chahti hu..please help
