Forcefully taking part of farm land

Sir, my father's brother is taking part of farm land 50x80 sq mm forcefully at his desired location and builded a space for his open machinery warehouse, when we try to evacuate it they are defending and his son threating by saying we will pull gun trigger. My grandfather has mutually divided the farm land between his 4 son 10 yrs ago but now this uncle is creating trouble when this year i lost my job and came to village for farming my land.

A.dear client kindly file civil case and You can get Injunction Order from Civil Court.

1. was this partition was don through Tahsildar or civil court ?
Dear client if it was not done legally then u can file a civil suit for partition. Lodge an FIR for threating in Police.
