Sir Meri Train mai Chori ho Gayi thi Rs.50000 Approx. Railway department mai abhi tak recover nahi kar paya hai or kuch response bhi nahi hai. Sir please advice karo mai kya legal action le skta hu.chori 2016 mai hui thi

A.you have not given the full facts of the case. .Any how you can contact the concerned deptt.of railway for further progress, if you anot satisfied report to the Higher authorities. for details contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

A.Dear client Contact the railway department about the progress in investigation.
Dear client Police department always closes the case saying that they could not find thief so it all ends with no result.
Dear client true thing is this that all the thieves and railway police are united and police department gets monthly from them.

Need the see the Case details before giving any advice.For example, When,( date of travel) from where to where( From --To),Reserved Compartment, or Un Reserved Compartment Place of Incidence, Where did you Report,(FIR), has it been acknowledged, Action taken, Reminders sent, on what date etc...
You have the right to file complain and make Railways responsible.
