Sir, what would be the minimum alimony of a 13 year old girl whose mother is a govt employee, & leaving the husband with a mutual consent divorce because of unbearable mental & physical torturing.

A. dear client it will be upto 10 lakhs alimony but depends upon your matter and judge.

A. Dear Client,
Please provide the case history to give you the correct advice.
But,there is no set standard procedure. The expenses of a girl studying in a village School will be different from a girl studying in Boarding School in Darjeeling.I feel educational expenses, extra curricular activities, medical expenses , fairs and festivals will play a major part of deciding factor.
