Illegal human tomb construction in front of Land

In my village some political goons were constructed then dead human tomb in front of our agriculture land and in between district R & B road in the year 2000. My parents tired in complaint to Police/MRO/R & B office but those people were not acted then to do so, do to some political pressure. Now how can remove this illegal construction!??

Hello Sir,
Thanks for the reply. It was constructed just beside our main gate entrance to my land towards road face side! As our land having road face this tomb was blocking the entrance to our land. As this illegal tomb construction includes 80% our patta land and 20% R&B 33 feet side shoulder road part. In year 2000 those goons were tried fear us by mentally with this act.
