I had given a advance to buy a car in which my loan wasn’t approved so I had to cancel the deal but the seller is not willing to pay my advance saying he waited for three months.

A.It is not clear that you given advance money under either oral or written agreement if the transaction of money more than 100 rupees the agreement must be registered instrument and if so you have legal right to file a Money Suit against him for recovery of your advance money
