Marrage registration

I am a devorcee through mutual devorce, has done before 3 years. My family is not aware of it. Now I am going to get married to other guy. My question is that ,after marriage when I will go for marriage registration ,should I apply as a devorcee or can I apply as fresher ?

No fresh application for divorce is required. Please produced the certified copy of the earlier order of the court along with the application.

you have to produce your divorce certificate at the time of registration of marriage . without it register will not be possible.for details, ol. contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

Dear Client,
When you go for Registration of your marriage in the Marriage Registrar's Office you need to fill up a Form and there is column where you are supposed to write your marital status.In your case you should write Divorcee and keep your Divorce papers ready and you may be asked to submit a copy to prove your status.Simple.No problem.
