Marrage registration

I am a devorcee through mutual devorce, has done before 3 years. My family is not aware of it. Now I am going to get married to other guy. My question is that ,after marriage when I will go for marriage registration ,should I apply as a devorcee or can I apply as fresher ?

Dear client it is nice. U can marry other person and after marriage get it registered . Simply marry first and then get it registered afterwards.

Sir,I actually want to know that after marriage when I will go registration, I have to apply as devorcee? As my family member even my would be husband do not aware of my previous marriage , it may cause family problem .
When you go for Registration of your marriage in the Marriage Registrar's Office you need to fill up a Form and there is column where you are supposed to write your marital status.In your case you should write Divorcee and keep your Divorce papers ready and you may be asked to submit a copy to prove your status.Simple.No problem.

Sir, after marriage when I will go for registration of that marrige , then my marital status will be married or it would contue the previous status.

Dear Client,
Suppose you got married in the presence of your parents and relatives.That is over.
Now you want to get your marriage registered before the Marriage Officer of your State Government, then go to the Office, fill up the form, deposit the required fees through Postal Money Order or Cash as the Case may be and submit all relevant documents as required.
While filling up the form you have to write your marital status.
