Violence in home

My father was creating violence in home at my mother.. If we say something to my father he said that he will attempt suicide, before suicide he wrote a letter and keep blame to me and my mother and brother..in this case what I do please tell me..?

A.Your mother should either file a case of domestic violence against your father or you should file a general diary in the nearby police station against your father in order to keep you and your mother on the safe side in case infuture anything mishap takes place.

Thanku.,i want to know if I file a general diary then police will investigate or not,because I just want safe future for me and my mother nd brother,nowadays this prblm was not so big but the fear was about future in case my father attempted suicide and if he leave a suicide note regarding us then what we do.. That's why our only need is the future save.. Pls help me regarding this..,!

Look.. the main purpose of general diary is to aid the court during trial . The police doesn't investigate in case of a general diary. The general diary is going to help you and your mother if your father attempts suicide in future..

He did not attempt suicide but he give threads to attemptsuicide..in tht case what I will do..?
