Online payment issue.

I paid amount of 3402 to kpn travels through paytm. Amount was deducted from my account but merchant is saying not received. I spoke to paytm, they are saying we paid to merchant. Now what to do ? To whom should I file case and how.. please guide and help any one.

A.Dear client Ask Paytm for payment receipt. Make it clear that Paytm has paid the amount to merchant and there after proceed against merchant.

A.Get a written reply from PayTM and send it to kpn travels. If they are not satisfied with the response, you can send them a legal notice.
