A.Dear Client,
This is easy.It can be sorted out immediately.
Will you please share details like Is he your biological child/son or adopted.Do you get pension, ?Do you have property? Which state do you belong to?
Actually you will be coming under The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 with a view to ensure need-based maintenance for parents and senior citizens and their welfare.

No I don't get pension.
Yes I have my own house. I belong to Gujarat. He is my biological son. I have my other son who can take care of my financial matters. But problem is my elder son torturing us and make living very bad.
We tried lodging complaint but police warned him and left him. We want a permanent solution to this matter.

Dear Client,
First, try to resolve it amicably, as I donot want the relationship to be strained further.
Second,if this does not work, file a Case.

Dear Client,
Go to an Local Advocate tell him the problem and he will do the job for you.
The other alternative is talk to Vidhikarya.com who can do the job for you.
If you do not have money, go to the nearest court and try to meet the Officials
of Legal Services Authority/Legal Aid Clinic of your local Law College
and they will do the job for you free of cost.
Still if you have problem get in touch.

A.Firstly, your son is simply causing domestic violence . Go to the police station and file F.I.R against your son or consult a lawyer through Vidhikarya and ask your wife to file a domestic violence suit against him.
Secondly, your son has got no right on your property unless and untill you make a will or gift him the house provided your property is a self acquired one and not ancestral so if you want , you can ask him to leave the house though legal procedure.
