A. ) Dear Client,
If you have got 80 G then read it carefully and you will get the answer.
2.Donation can be from anybody either businessman, or banker,or even a beggar in front of the temple or durgha can donate. No problem,
When money is transferred from bank to bank, account ,whether Current or Savings is immaterial. What matters is the designated Account should have money to transfer.
The other option is to get it done through a professional.Other wise there is every possibility to be in the Net of Income Tax.
I am willing to execute your work Vidhikarya.com after seeing all your relevant and legal papers otherwise you will land up paying more tax.
Shanti ranjan Behera,
Advocate
