A.dear client immediately after mutual divorce decree is signed by Judge man can remarry.

A.In case of mutual divorce there is no specific bar of remarry not earlier than appeal period, but it is advisable to wait till such time that is aleast 60 days

There are two opinions which are given below:
Once you are granted mutual divorce by the court you can remarry even the very next day. However, it is advisable to wait for 60 days just in case the spouse wreaks a surprise after grant of mutual divorce.
The next question is how long should one wait to remarry after divorce?
However, you should consider waiting at least 45 days after your divorce to remarry. If you do not wait that long before remarriage, and your ex-spouse files motions with the court or appeals the divorce case, you are still considered married because your divorce isn't final.
