Byjus denying full refund Byjus denying full refund

I enrolled my son in Byjus for 3 year course with trail period of 15 days which as per them starts from the date of orientation. For me orientation was scheduled on 4th Feb at 7 PM, but right from the time of payment on 1st Feb I have mentioned several times that 4th Feb we cannot attend and should be rescheduled. It was assured to us but actually no action was taken and nothing was communicated to me. I have even sent whatsapp message to respective Sales coordinator on 4th Feb morning that it should be rescheduled as communicated earlier but did not get any response. I was promised Tablet by 4th Feb which I got only on 7th Feb and my son attended his first class only on 7th Feb. And i took 7th Feb as start of trail period and on 21st Feb informed about cancelation. But now Byjus is denying full refund saying I did not join the Orientation on 4th Feb and that is my fault and trial period started from 4th Feb and ended on 18th Feb. In their policy there is no mention about that orientation date cannot be changed and even I don't understand why that was not changed when informed well in advance. It looks like a miss from sales coordinator but now he is saying it was informed for which there is no proof while I have a written proof of follow-up done on 4th Feb morning for rescheduling. Can I get full refund based on this what written message I have and what should I do now, pls support with suggestions/actions I can take.

A.Hello sir,
No, you can't get full refund based on your written message because you inform them but because of only your none presence they can't rescheduled .
Thank you
