Civil construction
Hi,
I am tenant and my father had done construction in 2005. That time the landlord didn't complain anything and in 2013 he raised a complain. He never raised anything or complain at the time of construction or between 10 years.
1. Is his raising claim or illegal construction is valid?
2. What should i do in this case?
3. Any suggestions? Experts
