I bought a tile highlighter for my kitchen wall 3pieces for 4200 rupees in 2015.within a year it was got damaged by itself the upper layer of tile got removed by itself.I made complaint to the shopkeeper many times but he did not managed to replace it I

By the time damages to tile happened was still in garantee of the Shopkeeper and you had made the complaint within the guaranteed period and he had not responded for it then file a recovery suit for the damages in the court and ask gor the compensation from the shopkeeper.
