Refund/Course cancellation

I enrolled for simplilearn job gurantee programm. And they applied education loan and got the money . But the learning consultant assigned for me is not answering my calls from next day and not even giving replies in whatsapp . Its been two months and i didn’t attend for single class and nobody from simplilearn asked me about issue. Now the loan agents are calling and asking me to pay emi and if i dont pay emi they are saying that they will make my profile default in cibil report and said they will send notice to my home. Please give me advice

File a recovery suit for damages that have been occurred to you because of them in the court.
Send them a legal notice and ask for the compensation of the damages.

I think ot is the duty of the simplilearn team to communicate with you and assist you while you are engaged for a program.
If you are not able to take up tue course due to any technical reason then shoot them a mail on the same followed by a legal notice through a lawyer.
You ca also file a consumer case after sending the legal notice.
