The property is jointly owned by A and B. now A wants to release her right from the property to B (A relationship with B is MOM and son). A (Mom) has 2 sons B and C. can C claim his right after the release deed is executed ? how to ensure that C does not have any right in future on the property once the release deed is executed ? should there be any other agreement / cause to be added in the release deed
