Want to seperate from wife but she is not willing

we've been married for 8 years now and have a 5 year old daughter. She has always been mentally harassing me all these years as she didn't like me being social at all. She always doubted me of having affairs and threatened to leave me whenever i didn't listen to her. I never got a good nights sleep for the past couple of years as she wanted to fight in the middle of the night if she was bothered by something. She would often call my friends and threaten them if they contacted me and always wanted to control each and every aspect of my life. I recently took a stand and told her that i want to divorce her and even recited the triple talak. But she wouldnt leave me, out of spite. I even offered to get her a rented house and pay for it for her to move out but she just wouldnt budge. She doesnt want to leave me and my house and i cant stand her as i am losing my mental sanity because of her.

A.dear client in india there are several known modes of divorce you can adopt any one of them and divorce her. kindly go through any local family court lawyer.

A.Dear sir if really in depression. Once you should try to solve amaicably. Otherwise file divorce petition. If nothing any improvement in Ur wife it's Ur final stage
