Marketing Company Cheating

Hi, I'm Gokul from Bangalore. I wanted to start a company and regarding that, I wanted to develop a website and other related services to start the company. For that, I have paid a sum of rupees to a marketing company based in Bangalore, Since the transaction, the marketing company didn't respond properly nor delivered the service which they promised. It's been 3 months now, still no results hence I wanted to call off the project and requested them to repay the money. But they are not responding. Need help to recover the amount I paid.
