1. I have taken an apartment in atgoan, shahpur (gramin) thane and the building has shown an occupancy certificate provided gram panchayat. But I have head that oc issued by gram panchayat is not valid for high rise apartment have G+3rd Floor.
Society Hanover
Builder forced society handover but builder not commitment basic need i.e.water, transport and other aminities .my question is builder fulfilled feel condition then society Handover. no limited for society handover pls advice

Any person can purchase extra FSI . No issues u should approach concern department or which is documents available .
