A.Hello Sir,
Divorce by mutual consent can be obtained within six months, but no petition in such a case can be filed within first year of marriage. There also has to be gap of six months between the first and second motions. The court can waive this cooling off period in some cases.

A.Hello Client,

You can file an annulment petition since your marriage has not been completed 1 year and if you have the grounds to file the same. To understand better you must consult an advocate.

You can also file Mutual divorce after 1 year if your husband agrees. If your husband denies then you may file for contested divorce after 1 year.

Thanks & Regards
